Mission Trips

Through a variety of mission and service experiences annually, CAM strives to raise the consciousness of those in the United States concerning living conditions of the poor in Central America.   Since 1995, over 300 people have participated in a CAM sponsored trip to Central America and now support CAM’s programs through their prayers and generous financial support.

Each year, CAM offers service experiences for high school students, university students, and medical personnel. CAM also assists schools and organizations in developing their own unique third world experiences.   Additionally, support is provided to help parents prepare for their child’s service experience.

“Those five days were some of the most influential of my faith journey. I encountered God in the people of Central America. Their stories, smiles, and great faith helped me understand more fully my Christian calling to serve in solidarity with the poor and oppressed.”
